If so, this opportunity is for YOU!Your Mission :✅ Architect ITSM Solutions: Design, implement, and optimize Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Configuration Management (CMDB) workflows.✅ Enhance ServiceNow Capabilities: Leverage Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration to streamline processes.✅ Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Apply ITIL frameworks and enforce CMDB governance policies for data accuracy and process automation.✅ Drive Automation & Cost Optimization: Identify innovative solutions to reduce manual efforts and maximize operational value within budget constraints.✅ Lead & Mentor: Act as a ServiceNow SME, guiding internal teams and providing technical leadership for complex ITSM implementations.What You Bring✔️ 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture & ITSM solutions.✔️ Hands-on expertise in Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and CMDB management.✔️ Strong ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus!).✔️ Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations.✔️ Experience in large-scale IT operations (public sector or enterprise IT preferred).✔️ Ability to translate business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions.Requirements (Must-Have)📌 EU Citizenship – This role requires candidates to hold EU citizenship.📌 Fluency in English (written & spoken) – Essential for collaboration and documentation.📌 Proficiency in another European language is a plusBonus Skills🎯 ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM, CMDB, Change Management).🎯 Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum).🎯 Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP and their ServiceNow integrations.🎯 Knowledge of DevSecOps & CI/CD automation.
