Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.What you’ll do:We are looking for a Consumer insights & analytics analyst who will play a key role in building the team’s insights and analytics capabilities. In this role, you will analyze data from various sources and drive data-related projects. The data you will work with will foremost be quantitative market data, that you synthesize with other sources of information to draw meaningful conclusions, shared in a way that will drive business impact.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, triangulate and interpret data from various sources to identify patterns and insights
- Visualize and report data analysis; by telling the story behind the data in a clear and compelling way
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to draw meaningful conclusions and build clear business implications, with an emphasis on commercial data
- Communicate insights and findings in an engaging, clear, and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discuss and act on the insights, including determining how to implement recommendations based on findings
- Contribute to the development of tools and ways of working relating to making data-informed decisions
- Drive data projects end-to-end with senior stakeholders
Who we’re looking for:You’re a strong collaborator who works well with others and have experience in consulting, guiding, and helping stakeholders interpret data and insights and apply them to their field.You probably have the following experiences & skills:
- 3-4 years of experience working with market data and insights within marketing, sales or business development, including working with forecasting/prognosis, triangulation of different data sources and project management of data projects
- Triangulation of different data sources
- Forecasting and quantitative projections
- BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Project management with a proven record of the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record in turning data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
