Main duties

• Understanding business processes and business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional requirements and use cases, articulating solutions to the stakeholders as this role involves discussion at various levels with business stakeholders
• Design and build Anaplan application models to support business processes
• Build and develop Anaplan modules and list based on model blueprint
• Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, actions, and other model settings to meet business needs
• Transform and implement multi-dimensional structures to support business processes
• Implement high quality code using best practices
• Monitor data flows to and from the system to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate
• Provide hands-on support/training to end users on Anaplan models and processes
• Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan

Your profile

• Collaborative problem-solver who values connections between facts, figures, strategies, and people
• Ability to collaborate closely with all business controllers, the wider Finance community, Digital/IT, and over time further business process owners across SAS as the Anaplan tool is rolled out to other departments
• Ability to dive into the details to convert business requirements to actionable items
• Possess business acumen, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain and translate between technical and non-technical people
• Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workload

Your knowledge and qualifications

• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modeling
• Excel spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.
• Subject matter expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals. P&L, BS, CF
• Experienced finance systems professional with hands-on experience with Anaplan both functionally and technically
• Ideal background in consulting and implementing full end-to-end projects in the past
• Minimum of 2 years experience as Anaplan Builder at either a larger complex corporation and/or consultancy firm specializing in Anaplan services
• In-depth knowledge of the airline industry is a huge plus but not a requirement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, e.g. Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, etc required
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus
