Improvement of AOG support
Quickly respond to customer AOG requests in the most effective way
Assure that service customer requests are in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations
Collaborating with Subsidiaries, Customers & Service Centers
Sourcing of material
Arranging and tracking of ongoing shipments worldwide
With this you convince us
Technical or commercial education
Several years of professional experience in the field of material management, customer service spare parts or aircraft maintenance
Knowledge in using technical documentation to identify materials and experienced with ERPs preferably SAP
English level B2
Ability to prioritize as required by urgency and taking ownership as well as naturally manage your stakeholders
Working independently but being a team player at the same time
