As an App Developer at Spenn, you’ll have the opportunity to build world-class mobile applications that will make a direct impact on how users interact with loyalty programs across the Nordics.As our App Developer, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our mobile applications for both iOS and Android, using Flutter as our primary framework. You’ll be responsible for shaping the mobile experience for millions of users by developing features, interfaces, and functionality that engage our customers. Working closely with our product manager, designer, backend developers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration and smooth user experiences.Your Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Spenn mobile application for iOS and Android platforms using Flutter.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces, ensuring every interaction looks great and feels intuitive.
• Build, deploy, and update the mobile app on App Store and Google Play.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code using Dart, ensuring the app is scalable and optimized for performance.
• Implement new features and continuously improve the app, from core functionality to gamification elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, ensure seamless API integrations, and guarantee excellent customer experiences.
• Work with testing environments such as TestFlight to test, debug, and refine apps before production releases.

What we are looking for:

• Experience with Flutter & Dart or similar cross-platform frameworks and languages.
• Familiarity with native mobile development using Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java.
• Solid experience in building and deploying mobile apps, with a deep understanding of mobile app architecture.
• A passion for building great user experiences, with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of API integration, mobile UI/UX design principles, and app performance optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle ambiguity as part of a growing startup.
• Excellent teamwork skills – you enjoy working closely with others to build great products.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow and learn.
• Motivation to help build Spenn as a brand and a culture – this role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of something new and impactful.
• Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.

• A first interview with Kristian (Spenn CTO) to discuss your experience and get to know each other better.
• A second interview, including a technical part with Kristian where we’ll explore your technical skills and problem-solving abilities, and a personality test with Helle and Kristian – with a focus on getting to know you and your personal preferences better. These will either be done step by step or combined – let’s discuss what’s best for you and the team.
