My client is looking for an ambitious Application Consultant with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to join a collaborative, forward-thinking team.About the RoleAs an Application Consultant, you’ll support end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, focusing on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform. Working closely with clients and developers, you’ll help configure, customise, and optimise solutions that drive business value.You’ll enjoy a mostly remote setup, with occasional on-site collaboration in Stockholm.Your responsibilities will include:*Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE environments
*Working with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
*Supporting integrations and custom extensions using Power Platform
*Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
*Delivering user training and post-go-live support
*Staying current with CRM trends and best practicesAbout You?*2+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE
*Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
*Ability to understand and communicate business processes and technical concepts
*Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*Excellent communication in Swedish and English
