• Provide 2nd and 3rd line application support;
• Participate in the automation of operational tasks;
• Monitor and control service levels (SLAs);
• Identify and resolve issues, and implement monitoring solutions;
• Communicate with technical and functional teams;
• Create and maintain support documentation and internal knowledge base;
• Analyze and improve internal processes and tools;
• Investigate and resolve incidents and problems;
• Support service operations and develop tools/processes to improve service management.

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field;
• 2+ years of experience in operations or application support;
• Experience with SQL / MySQL;
• Comfort in UNIX/Linux environments;
• Scripting languages: KSH, Bash, Python, Perl;
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP);
• Experience with REST APIs;
• Hands-on with UNIX/Linux system operations;
• Knowledge of

ITIL framework; * Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git/GitLab);

• Knowledge of Ansible (playbook creation & automation);
• Experience with Grafana (dashboard creation & alerting);
• Familiarity with ELK Stack, Logstash;
• Knowledge of IT best practices standards/tools (ITIL, ISO20000).
