Job description
SSA are looking for an Architectural Technologist for our client, a well known Building company in Limerick.Job Description:
- Produce detailed technical drawings
- Prepare and produce high-quality construction documentation, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements.
- Use BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD) to develop 3D models, drawings, and documents. Ensure that designs are coordinated and clash-free.
- Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to coordinate technical aspects of projects and ensure that designs are fully integrated.
- Attend site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure that construction is in line with design and specifications.
What you Need:
- Relevant architectural degree
- 3+ years of experience in Ireland
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Driver’s license
