About the role:Join us in a high-impact role where you’ll lead the full risk management cycle and shape our ERM framework alongside senior leadership. Take charge of internal control monitoring and risk reporting that directly supports strategic decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the maintenance of the full risk management cycle in the PortCo and development of the ERM framework, including close collaboration with the senior managementResponsible for the internal control monitoring and reportingMaintain full risk management cycle and internal control monitoring, including coordination of the annual Risk and Internal Control Self-Assessments by all subsidiaries, and quarterly risk picture updates, as well as annual risk reporting to the Orkla Health Board and Orkla ASAGuidance and expertise to the subsidiaries on risk management and internal control questionsUpdate and maintenance of the Governing Documents and update on the Orkla Health Governance Portal (Sharepoint)ESG coordination and follow up Experience and QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, internal control, compliance, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000) applied in fast-paced, supply chain-intensive environmentsFamiliarity with ESG reporting frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD)Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risksSolid knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to governance, risk, and complianceExpertise in climate accounting and reportingExperience with ESG strategy development or sustainability initiatives is a plusPrior involvement in ESG strategy development, reporting, or sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage Personal CharacteristicsStrong communication skills and comfortable communicating across the organization, including senior management and the Board, and external auditors/regulatorsSolution oriented and flexible mindsetStrong integrityAbility to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teamsHigh accuracy level, structured, timely and reliableAbility to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic environment What We OfferA unique opportunity to take part in shaping the future and growth of Orkla HealthChallenging and various tasks and a supportive environment for your growth and developmentModern office with several great facilities such as an Orkla gym, a cafeteria with many choices, café and restaurant, Define hairdresser and indoor bicycle storage.Great pension and insurance agreements Location:Oslo or other Orkla Health office.
