• Grow market share and sales in your territory by strengthening existing relationships and opening new business opportunities.
• Develop in-depth brand expertise to become a trusted advisor to clients.
• Drive revenue through a strategic mix of consultative selling, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Set and exceed ambitious targets, helping shape the future of National Beauty Distribution.

Requirements3 Years minimum experience.What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience in B2B sectors (industry experience is a plus but not essential).
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to business development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience.
• Experience in aesthetics is a distinct advantage.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Full clean driving licence.
