Managing a diverse portfolio of assets from A to Z — financial performance, risk monitoring, and everything in between.
Identifying improvement opportunities and implementing strategies to optimize asset performance.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, to ensure operational excellence.
Preparing reports, forecasts, and value assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Staying on top of market trends and real estate developments to future-proof our portfolio.

A solid academic background — you hold a degree in Finance, Economics, Real estate or a related field.
Hands-on experience in project management and a proven track record in asset management or financial analysis.

You’re confident with data and digital tools — Excel holds no secrets, and financial modeling feels like second nature.
