This one is for you !We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking real estate company, looking for a Senior Asset Manager to support and grow its operations in Luxembourg.As a Senior Asset Manager, you will play a central role in driving commercial and operational success locally. Working in a lean and agile environment, you will be involved in all aspects of the business – from real estate and services to sales. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires flexibility, initiative, and a strong presence on the Ground. You will act as a true ambassador of the company, engaging with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term value creation.Your responsibilities include:

• Leading local sales efforts; acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.
• Overseeing operational performance: budget tracking, financial forecasting, and coordination with service providers.
• Acting as a proactive force in the field: identifying opportunities, suggesting improvements, and building strong relationships.
• Representing the company publicly and being available and visible on-site.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or business development roles within the real estate sector.
• Strong real estate expertise is a must, with deep knowledge of the Luxembourg market.
• Comfortable with financial data and performance indicators (EBITDA, OCR, Capex, etc.).
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and calm under pressure.
• Highly proactive, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Higher education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in French and English, German or additional languages are a plus.
• Well-connected locally and eager to be on the ground, meeting people and making things happen.
