JOB DESCRIPTION:Job Title: Asset Manager / Block ManagerSalary: €55-80KLocation: Dublin 2 / 4Ref: S011746Recruitment Plus now offer an exciting opportunity for as Asset Manager or Block Manager to progress their career with a dynamic and fast growing property companyt in the D2/D4 area. In this role you will oversee the performance value and and strategic management of the funds residential and commercial portfolio.This is a role for someone with energy and insight, with a good understanding of property investment , Property and Block Management. My client needs someone who is strong financially, adaptable, keen to work in a small team and focussed on building a career with true professionals in a dynamic fast growing company.Reporting into the Head of Asset Management you will work closely with the Portfolio and Fund Manager.Specific duties will include:Development and implementation of strategies to maximise the financial performance and value of residential assets, through Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, development, CAPEX Refurbishments and Value-Add opportunities.Managing OMC’s on behalf of the fund.Preparation of Annual Budgets for EstatesArranging tenders & ensuring best practice and cost efficienciesDay to day financial management, cash flow preparation and program of worksPerform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for residential assets.Generate regular reports on asset performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.A more detailed spec is available upon ( confidential ) application.
