We are proud to partner with a prestigious client to search for an experienced Assistant Deputy Manager for an accommodation centre in Midleton.As an Assistant Deputy Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the accommodation center, ensuring the highest standards of service, staff management, and guest satisfaction. You will assist in managing all aspects of the facility, from operations and guest services to compliance and financial performance.Our client operates a well-respected accommodation centre in Midleton, providing a safe and welcoming environment for residents. They are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring the comfort and well-being of all guests.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic organization in a key leadership role.Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Oversee guest relations and handle escalated issues, ensuring a positive experience for all residents.
- Manage, train, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and residents.
- Assist in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain high standards of service across all areas.
- Deputize for the General Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for the management of the accommodation center.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Assistant Deputy Manager or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or accommodation sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided for this role.
