You’ll become a shining example of how to build and maintain customer relationships while maintaining the highest brand standards in selling, product presentation and merchandising.With your guidance in product, people and service planning, our store and its Sales Associates will become a model for the ASICS retail experience. You’ll ensure that everyday tasks are completed diligently while influencing the processes behind them.You could be the right person for this role regardless of your age, nationality, religious beliefs or gender identification. We’re looking for someone to inspire our in-store teams to achieve excellence. A candidate who thoroughly understands the retail experience from both the shopkeeper and customer’s point of view. An individual willing to step up and make key decisions in the absence of the Store Manager, collaborate closely with the store management team and really make a difference.Based at our ASICS Ringsted Factory Outlet Store and reporting to the Store Manager, as part of the role you’ll:

• Lead by example in building and maintaining customer relationships and carrying out everyday tasks.
• Ensure all cash handling is accurate, and checkout experiences are optimized.
• Support Store Associates on merchandising, presentation and promotional activity standards.
• Liaise with store management to improve product flow processes.
• Manage back-of-house operations and share store cleaning duties where required.
• Partner with management to ensure that all retail-related tasks are completed in good time.

What we’re looking for:

• Two years’ experience working in a retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Danish.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams.
• Availability to occasionally work outside store opening times.
