Adminisztráció, asszisztenciatitkárnő / titkárAssistant Responsibilities:Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously. Follows through on issues in a timely manner.Assist with compiling of information and preparing spreadsheets.Assist with PowerPoint slides for various topics and events.Manage several databases, such as contract and meeting database.Handling, registering, distributing, and archiving confidential documents.Partner with Senior Leadership Team for various reports, data, informationPerforming administrative tasks for member meetings and management meetings.Making arrangements for virtual meetings.Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry, answering phones, taking messages, sorting mail, maintaining and updating filing.Ordering and distributing office supplies.Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, clients, and coworkers.Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.Following and enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.Assistant Requirements:Previous job experience as an administrative, personal or executive assistant.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly Proficient in MS Office.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.We are looking for a dedicated assistant to be responsible for administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficiency and smooth running in our offices in Germany. The assistant provides reliable support to managers, staff, handles basic office tasks and monitors office operations to increase efficiency, quality, and lower costs.A successful assistant is dedicated, hard-working, and has strong attention to detail. You should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Some of the information are confidential and need to be treated that way.
