Job description
Elevate partners are currently working with a growing Irish debt advisory and corporate finance boutique who are currently looking to hire an Associate Director. The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, well-networked in the Irish market, and capable of leading client engagements and delivering tailored funding solutions. A selection of job responsibilities highlighted below.
- Originate new mandates and develop strong client relationships
- Advise on capital structures and funding options
- Lead transaction execution from start to finish
- Build financial models and prepare marketing/documentation materials
- Negotiate with lenders and capital providers
- Contribute to the firm’s growth strategy and market presence
Requirements
- ACA or CFA qualified
- 7-10 yrs in debt advisory, corporate finance, private credit, or banking
- Strong origination track record and network in the Irish market
- In-depth knowledge of debt products (growth, M&A, working capital, refinancing)
- Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skills
- Proactive, commercially driven, and team oriented
- Experience with Irish SMEs and various lender types
