BearingPoint Capital is looking for Associates and Senior Associates to join our global M&A team in Oslo. As part of BearingPoint Capital, you will get the chance to fast-track your career within a dynamic environment, through a wide variety of challenging M&A projects for top-tier clients, including leading Private Equity firms, family offices, corporates, and strategic investors. Our M&A-advisory services has a special focus on technology and technology-driven companies.Your primary tasks will include:

• Being a key project team member participating in and contributing to every stage of the process, from business development to successful delivery
• Advise and collaborate with our clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions
• Developing presentation materials, financial models and other analyses

We are looking for individuals with the following characteristics and background:

• 2-5 years of experience, ideally within finance, management consulting or similar
• Excellent academic track record from a leading university
• Corporate finance knowledge, including financial modelling, valuations and deal structures
• Interest in M&A, strategy, and technology
• Team-focused and collaborative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language and English
