You’ll be joining the Finance Projects & Portfolio Management team—an integral cornerstone of the finance organisation. Collaborating closely with Business Finance, Corporate Finance, and Shared Services Leadership Teams, our team leads the charge in driving value creation that makes a difference. Together, we streamline processes, foster efficiency, and empower colleagues across the finance landscape.In this role, you’ll make an impact…
…by owning and shaping our finance project portfolio and strategic roadmaps in close collaboration with the Data Insights and Analytics team. As an Associate Director, you’ll partner with internal senior stakeholders to prioritise and deliver transformative solutions. Your leadership will drive lean project execution, enhance organisational adaptability, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.Key areas of focus include driving transformative initiatives across finance, such as enhancing financial modeling capabilities, evolving service delivery models, building and refining operational frameworks, and embedding a strong cultural foundation to support sustainable growth.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing strategic oversight and reporting on project status, activities, and deliverables to senior leadership.
• Leading major optimisation initiatives, including shared services transitions, corporate simplifications, and entity mergers.
• Developing and implementing a robust framework for continuous improvement across finance activities.
• Partnering with operational teams to identify and address improvement opportunities.
• Driving organisational readiness for projects, including change management and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll collaborate with diverse colleagues from various functions to ensure alignment with strategic goals and industry best practices.Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional analytical skills, a passion for process optimisation, and a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and facilitating strategic organisational change. As a strong communicator, you excel at translating technical and operational concepts into actionable strategies.We expect you to bring:

• Senior managerial experience within finance.
• 5+ years of experience in finance optimisation and strategic project management.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships across functions.
• In-depth understanding of operational finance processes.
