With a focus on simplicity and effectiveness, you implement systems and processes that engage people and foster ownership through involvement and empowerment.About the departmentYou will report to the Senior Manager of Finished Products Manufacturing Operations, overseeing activities at both our Gentofte and Kirke Værløse sites. You will join a dedicated management team comprising five managers and an assistant. Our Kirke Værløse site, while one of Novo Nordisk’s smaller facilities with around 250 employees and four production lines, plays a vital role in our rare disease portfolio. Looking ahead, the site is set for exciting growth with the addition of three new production lines within the coming year, supporting the introduction of new products and devices.
