Based in state-of-the-art innovation center in Aarhus working closely with our key production sites globally.You will be part of the Innovation team in our Fermented Category and Stronghold NPD team, with a focus on our Base business of Yogurts for the Danish market but also involved in wider initiatives globally. So, if you are passionate about working in a fast paced environment and cre-ating the future of brands such as Cheasy, Yoggi and Arla Organic this could be the next career move for you.The position is an one year maternity cover starting from February/March 2025.Develop Fermented dairy products of the futureYour main goal is to develop new fermented dairy products as well as line extensions across the Fermented category including the Arla brand and other local strategic bets. As such, you will leading a large number of development projects of varying size and, with hands on approach, you will drive the activities from start to finish. This position puts you in a unique position to have a major impact on the future success of the organization.

• Turning concepts into innovative new products in order to give Arla a commercial ad-vantage.
• Optimizing the cost / value of new and existing products, working closely with global marketing, suppliers, our supply chain and other stakeholders.
• Leading product and process development projects, including recipe finalization, cost management, quality assurance and legal assessment.
• Working closely with Brand Managers and colleagues within Fermented dairy to act as a strong and credible technical sparring partner in discussions.
• Participate in customer-related groups, e.g. product teams, plant meetings, sales, marketing and application related group meetings.
• Project Management, including being able to provide a clear status of a development project, opportunities, risks and project timeline.

Inventive and innovative – and able to challenge the status quoAs an Associate Product Developer you are a good at communicating clearly, building personal relations both across organizational levels and externally. In addition, you are equipped with a sound business understanding and are skilled at driving different projects from start to finish.You are able to think outside of the box in order to develop product solutions to meet the changing market and consumer landscape. If you have been working within the dairy industry or have experience with fermented manufacturing as well as flavor application and flavor house cooperation, it will absolutely give you a head start.Furthermore, we imagine that you:

• Hold a degree within Food Science and Technology, Dairy Technology or similar.
• It is an advantage if you have 1-2 years of experience in an FMCG environment.
• Must be fluent in English (verbal and written) in order to navigate in an international environment (Danish is advantageous).
• Have cross functional project management experience is important as well as being hands on.
