Job descriptionThe Role:We are looking for experienced sourcing experts to support our international client from the pharmaceutical industry.As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among EMEA candidates!Responsibilities:Working in the role you will be required to:
- Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies
- Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies
- Approach and screen candidates
- Create talent pools as well as pipelining;
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data
- Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s
- Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better!
Skills & Experience:To be successful in this position you will have:
- Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels
- Experience in RPO, Agency or in house recruitment
- High level of attention to detail
- Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems
- Ability to work in fast – paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
