- Take an active role in all phases of M&A transactions and valuation projects.
- Prepare high-quality pitches, teasers, information memoranda, and other client materials.
- Build and analyze financial models in collaboration with deal teams and client management.
- Work closely with colleagues in Denmark and abroad to deliver seamless cross-border execution.
About you our newest team memberWe seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications:
- 1-4 years of relevant M&A experience from an investment bank or Big 4 Corporate Finance team.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
- A collaborative, positive mindset and an eye for detail.
