You’ll be the go-to expert for luxury clients – diagnosing, maintaining, and supporting top-tier AV and smart home systems. From home cinemas to whole-home control, no two days are the same.Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose & fix faults in AV and smart home systems
• Provide remote & on-site support for high-profile clients
• Handle routine maintenance and reactive callouts
• Ensure seamless collaboration with project & programming teams
• Keep clear, accurate service records
• Represent IndigoZest with professionalism and technical confidence

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

• Proven experience in AV/Smart Home service roles
• Strong knowledge of Control4, Lutron, KNX, Crestron or similar
• Confident with AV distribution, networking, and IP systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Great communication & client-facing skills
• A problem-solving mindset and passion for technology

Bonus Points For:

• Control4 / Lutron programming skills
• IT/networking qualifications
• Home cinema and calibration know-how
