The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are looking for Automation & VTS Integration Supervisor to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway’s technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.This is a great opportunity to work for a significant construction company, working alongside some of the most experienced specialists in the industry to continue developing and further you career.Job Role / Responsibilities

• Multidisciplinary overview on upcoming challenges
• Supervise the installation and integration of instrumentation, control systems, and SCADA platforms.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure automation systems meet project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunication teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Review technical designs, functional specifications, and system architecture.
• Conduct system testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Address technical challenges and implement solutions to meet project milestones.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols during installations
• DABS meetings

ProjectThe infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has already started and is estimated to last for at least 3 more years.Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience with the same role in Construction
• Proven experience in automation and SCADA systems for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, DCS, and SCADA software platforms.
• Familiarity with instrumentation and control devices used in infrastructure environments
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, drawings, and functional documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Timely completion of automation and SCADA system milestones.
• Adherence to project budget and timelines.
• Seamless integration of automation systems with other infrastructure components.
• Technical education related
• Scandinavia experience
