• Build and manage relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and micromobility players
• Lead contract negotiations and win automotive mass production programs
• Drive country-specific sales strategies in partnership with Commsignia leadership
• Represent Commsignia at key trade shows, demo events, and industry forums

Business Development – OEM Focus

• Promote V2X software solutions to OEMs across R&D, product development, and procurement
• Identify customer needs, assign local FAEs, and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive revenue via hardware EVKs, software development licenses, and professional services

Business Development – Tier-1 Focus

• Develop a strategic approach to engage Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers
• Position Commsignia as a key integration partner for V2X software and hardware
• Sell platform integration projects, software licenses, and associated services

Marketing & Strategic Input

• Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging, channel strategy, and event planning
• Provide market feedback to help shape Commsignia’s product roadmap

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6+ years of experience in business development or sales roles
• Automotive or Telecommunications industry background
• Strong technical and business English skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Degree in Business or Technology
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Independent, proactive mindset with high personal accountability
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
• Willingness to travel (~30%)

• Experience working with international teams
