Operating in a highly specialized aviation niche, this company offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the opportunity to directly impact international operations, compliance frameworks, and cross-border transactions.You will partner closely with the legal and technical teams, ensuring compliance across a diverse and complex fleet. This is a customer-facing, strategic leadership role that offers high visibility across the business and international exposure.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global export control and customs compliance across the aircraft portfolio
• Evaluate transactions and screen assets for military or dual-use classification
• Advise internal stakeholders on licensing requirements and regulatory obligations
• Monitor changes in international trade regulations and implement updated practices
• Liaise with global authorities to secure appropriate export and customs licenses
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on compliance risk and mitigation
• Collaborate with senior leaders, legal, technical, and operations teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in export control, customs compliance, or related regulatory fields
• Background in law, international studies, or regulatory compliance preferred
• Familiarity with EU, US, and global export control regimes
• Experience in a transactional or advisory setting
• Comfortable in a highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and fast-moving environment
