Location: Manchester Airport Salary: Up to £35,000 basic Hours: Monday to Friday, onsiteAre you an experienced recruitment consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading aviation and engineering maintenance provider? We’re seeking a talented individual to join our team as an onsite RPO delivery consultant at Manchester Airport.About the RoleYou’ll be embedded within our client’s business, providing comprehensive talent acquisition services across their engineering, maintenance, and support functions. Working as a true recruitment partner, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and help shape their talent acquisition strategy.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for aviation maintenance, engineering, and office support positions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks
• Screen and assess candidates, conducting first-stage interviews
• Manage recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines
• Provide regular reporting and updates on recruitment metrics and progress
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within engineering, aviation, or technical sectors
• Strong stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent candidate assessment and interviewing skills
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high service levels
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools

Essential Requirements

• Must be able to pass and maintain airside security clearance
• Previous RPO or in-house recruitment experience preferred
• Full UK working rights
