They have since grown to around 100 people; people isn’t the correct term, subject matter experts is more fitting!It’s been important to them from day one to create an environment that cultivates experts and allows like-minded data enthusiasts to share ideas and work on interesting projects.How do they do this?

Due to their incredible strong customer network and project pipeline, they’re always looking for new colleagues who get excited about the opportunity to become an SME within Data.What kind of skills and attributes do they get excited about?

• Strong experience building out data platforms with responsibilities in datawarehousing, ETL, modelling, integration, security and processing: Ideally this looks like 3+ years’ experience but it’s more about what you’ve done than necessarily the number of years you’ve done it for
• Proficiency in Azure: Particular experience within Data Factory, Fabric, Databricks, Synapse and/or SQL – you should at least have a solid base knowledge in cloud, but have a real desire to become an expert
• Skilled in working with databases: Both on prem and in the cloud
• A keen interest to constantly learn more and up-skill: These consultants are regarded and some of the best in Finland, and they’ve got there by consistently improving their knowledge and leveraging new technologies
• Strong communication skills: Demonstrated through managing and engaging stakeholders to consult and translate business requirements effectively – acting as bridge
• Ability to work independently and part of a team: You will deliver as a team but you should have the know how and confidence to take the initiatives and bring your ideas to the table – there is a great platform you to take ownership
• Fluency in Finnish is required
