Hartley People Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client in the Construction Industry to recruit a B2B Marketing & Growth Lead based in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity for a data-driven, analytical marketer to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the company’s growth strategy.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy, Analytics & Sales Funnel Management:
- Manage the end-to-end marketing funnel—from contracts and leads to MQLs and SQLs, driving alignment between sales and marketing.
- Analyse sales and marketing data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and optimise strategies for better conversion.
- Design and implement processes for lead tracking, customer journey touchpoints, and marketing automation using CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to optimise the funnel, improve conversion rates, and leverage Salesforce for improved customer engagement.
Process Optimisation & CRM Integration:
- Optimise and configure the CRM (Salesforce) to enhance marketing capabilities, improve data visibility, and support cross-functional efficiency.
- Select and implement a marketing specific tool (e.g. Pardot) to integrate with the CRM
- Develop and implement marketing processes that scale with business growth, ensuring data integrity and streamlined workflows.
Data & Performance Reporting:
- Analyse and report on key marketing metrics (e.g., Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Marketing ROI), providing actionable insights.
- Produce and present data-driven reports to leadership, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with business outcomes.
- Collaborate with finance to monitor marketing spend and ensure accurate tracking of ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Management:
- Collaborate with sales (account management and new business), commercial, and finance teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners (conferences, third-party SEO, and marketing agencies), ensuring successful execution of strategies.
- Facilitate international marketing efforts across Ireland, the UK, and EU markets, supporting market entry and tactical growth strategies.
Digital Marketing & Brand Development:
- Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, website management, and content creation to enhance online presence.
- Manage external branding and marketing agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support the development of product brochures, case studies, and corporate-level branding initiatives.
Budget Management:
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deliver maximum ROI.
- Analyse budget performance and recommend adjustments to optimise spend and outcomes.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally within a construction, engineering, or technical environment.
- Proven track record in sales funnel management, data analysis, and working closely with sales teams to drive growth.
- Strong expertise in configuring and leveraging marketing and CRM tools and related process. Salesforce and integrated marketing tool specific experience an advantage.
- Analytical mindset—experience analysing complex marketing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Digital marketing proficiency—experience across SEO, social media, website optimisation, and content strategy.
- International exposure across UK, Ireland, and EU markets.
- Ability to manage third-party agencies and external partnerships effectively.
- Budget management and experience in tracking key metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, and marketing ROI).
Desirable Experience:
- Experience entering new markets and developing market analysis and go-to-market strategies.
- Corporate branding and supporting NPS surveys and customer case studies.
- Familiarity with creating product brochures and other marketing collateral.
