The Bristol Triage Service is the first point of access to Mental Health Services in Bristol. The team is busy with a high volume of referrals into the team and telephone calls from professionals, service users and carers.We are looking for a self-motivated person who can work under pressure using their initiative, professional attitude and administrative skills to support the smooth running of the team.This is a challenging role, which involves answering the phone and dealing with queries, arranging and changing of appointments, booking rooms, monitoring performance, processing of referrals and discharges and all general administrative tasks.There is often contacts from callers in distress and the ability to keep calm, empathic and level headed at all times is a highly desired quality of the person who can do this role.Are you someone with great organisational and communication skills?
