Banking & Finance Lawyer | 4-8 years’ PQE | Top Tier National Firm | Birmingham | Hybrid Working Available BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading UK law firm on the recruitment of a Banking & Finance Lawyer (4 to 8 years’ PQE) to join its growing structured and asset-based lending team, based in Birmingham. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a national practice known for its expertise, collaborative approach, and exceptional client base. The Role This position sits within a high-performing Banking & Finance team that forms part of a broader national structured finance group. The team advises a broad spectrum of clients on a range of financing transactions, including: · UK clearing banks · European and investment banks · Independent financiers and investment funds · Corporate borrowers ranging from SMEs to listed companies While experience in invoice finance, receivables financing or asset-based lending is highly desirable, candidates with a general banking background and knowledge of LMA-based documentation are strongly encouraged to apply.
