Salary from £155,000 – £195,000 per annum + Bonus & Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join the Energy & Infrastructure arm of this leading UK law firm’s highly rated Banking & Finance practice to focus especially on big-ticket acquisition / leveraged finance transactions. Their highly rated sector-focused team – part of a larger and market leading London B&F group – advise a stellar client list of major infrastructure developers, sponsor consortiums, funds, institutional investors, state-owned entities and lenders on a variety of high-profile, high-value and multijurisdictional transactions. Key areas of focus for their practice include the structuring and financing of big-ticket M&A, investment and joint venture transactions, across the full range of asset classes; with the scope of their practice encompassing private equity infrastructure work, core and hybrid infrastructure mandates, structured debt and cross-border acquisition financings. Applicants should ideally be UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers with high-level relevant experience ideally gained within a leading international law firm. A commercial approach, strong team ethos and exceptional drafting and negotiating skills are also sought for this varied, interesting and challenging top-level B&F position.
