In this role, you will:

• Advise on lending transactions across various sectors, with a particular focus on fintech, digital assets, corporate lending, and leveraged finance.
• Work on private securitisations, forward flow arrangements, and debt funding for innovative fintech clients.
• Collaborate on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending transactions for a mix of borrowers and lenders.
• Contribute to the team’s exceptional market reputation, recognised with top-tier rankings for fintech and banking work.
• Be part of a close-knit and friendly team of legal professionals committed to delivering high-quality results for clients.

Key Qualifications required:Our client is open to applicants from a variety of backgrounds and levels of experience. To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a qualified Solicitor, with experience in banking or finance law (experience in fintech is not required).
• Have a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Be curious, adaptable, and eager to work closely with clients in innovative industries.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills.
