The team excels in areas such as leveraged transactions, acquisition finance, debt fund work, and corporate finance.To be considered you will be a qualified lawyer with experience in at least one of the firm’s key areas. You should have a strong understanding of Banking law and a demonstrated passion to specialise in this field.Previous experience with a similar ranked banking team is desired.
