We are excited to assist our prestigious partner in Naas in their search for a passionate and experienced Hotel Bar Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality to manage a vibrant and busy bar operation within a well-known hotel.As the Hotel Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel’s bar, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of operations. You will lead a team of bartenders and support staff, ensuring an engaging and enjoyable guest experience, all while driving revenue and achieving business targets.Our client is a reputable hotel located in Naas, known for its outstanding service, lively atmosphere, and popular bar that serves both local and visiting guests. The hotel’s bar is a central part of the business, and the management team is dedicated to offering memorable experiences for all patrons.Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with hotel management and other departments to create a cohesive guest experience.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure the bar is fully stocked and operational.
- Monitor bar financial performance, including budgets, sales, and costs, to meet business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of bar operations, including mixology, stock management, and customer service.
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and track performance metrics.
- Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
- Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: €45,000
- Competitive benefits package offered by the client.
