Do you enjoy working with down-to-earth and committed colleagues in a supportive environment?We are looking for Trainees to join us within Business, Technology, and Strategy consulting for autumn 2025!We are seeking for several Trainees to support our professionals in the following competency areas:

• Enterprise Performance Management professionals provide solutions to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive digital transformation across business functions. Our consultants offer services in financial consolidation and planning, performance reporting, and S&OP, using tools like OneStream and Anaplan.

• CFO Advisory helps clients in finance initiatives from strategy to execution. Team’s projects are related to finance operating model design e.g. organization development, process development, finance architecture, treasury as well as change management and cultural change.

• ERP team helps clients throughout their strategical ERP initiatives, managing ERP implementation programs as well as delivering large SAP S/4HANA based global business transformations.

• Financial Services professionals help companies operating in the banking & insurance field in navigating the changing landscape of the FS industry. Our consultants work with topics such as anti-financial crime, risk management, regulatory advisory, sustainability reporting, banking products and core banking & insurance.

• Digital & Strategy team is passionate about digital transformation that generates new business models and shakes the fundamentals of our clients’ businesses. The team defines winning strategies, identifies growth opportunities, and supports clients to transform their businesses to seize the opportunities of digitalization.

• Data & Analytics experts succeed in making insight-driven decisions by exploiting the full potential of data with modern tools such as Azure, AWS, R, SAS, Python, SQL. The team works for example with data management & data governance, AI, data engineering, advanced analytics, and data visualization.

As a Trainee, you will for example get the opportunity to support in client engagements and contribute to our internal business development projects related to our service offering. Our Trainees have also had a role in conducting various studies connected to our business areas. The trainee periods last around 4 months and begin in early September. • Ongoing University studies in a relevant field (e.g., business and/or technology), with estimated graduation preferably during 2025-2026
• Ability to approach problems in an analytical and structured way
• Genuine interest in consulting, great team spirit and motivation to elevate your skills in a consulting environment
• Good skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent communications skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
• In addition, relevant work experience related to our service offering is considered an advantage
