As an HR manager, you can expect to spend 4 hours at work per week, and you will be part of a community of committed volunteers who work together to raise the bar for childhood in Denmark.We offer you:· A place in a strong voluntary association· Experience with voluntary management work, which is gold for your CV· Opportunity to develop your skills in communication and coordination· Experience with collaboration across committees in the local association· An important role in the world’s largest independent children’s rights organizationAs HR manager, you are responsible for:· To develop an HR and recruitment strategy· Good well-being and positive culture among the volunteers in the local association· Recruitment of new volunteers and their introduction to the local association· To ensure the creation of volunteers in our digital volunteer database and obtain child certificatesAs an HR manager, it is an advantage if you have managerial or HR experience, can work independently and in a structured manner and can take control of the HR team so that together we move in a common strategic direction.Red Barnet Vestegnen is an active local association that runs social activities for local children in vulnerable positions. The local association is part of Save the Children, which works for children’s rights in more than 120 countries worldwide.
