We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to act as interface between our Sourcing, Operations and Sales teams.The position is located at our Norwegian plant Områ (4 days / week) with the possibility to work remotely the rest of the time. Readiness to travel to other TOMRA Feedstock plants is needed. Responsibilities of the Procurement Coordinator:Ensuring the right amount of material is coming to and leaving the right plant at the right timeDispatching and coordinating incoming material to ensure smooth and cost-effective operationsRecording and maintaining information relevant to waste law in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policiesCommunication and coordination with external operators as well as internal departmentsMonitoring and documentation of vehicle movements and waste flowsSupport in optimizing processes and proceduresSupport in procurement process of external and internal partners Qualifications and backgroundApprenticeship in Logistics, Waste Management, Procurement or similar5-8 years of working experience in a similar role in procurement / logistics of plants, preferably in the recycling industry * Familiar in using ERP-Systems

• Knowledge of waste law and waste management
• Being fluent in Norwegian and English with ideally also German and any other languages being a plus
