As a Bistro Employee, you will work in the bistro at one of our destinations, where you will play an important role in keeping our guests satisfied and full. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food in line with our flexible concept while ensuring efficient drink and cash register management. You will also be responsible for dishwashing and cleaning to maintain a tidy and pleasant environment. At some destinations, you may also participate in creating a lively atmosphere through shows and quizzes, contributing to an even more enjoyable experience for our guests.We always work with the guest experience as our main focus, which is why flexibility is essential – we would like you to be ready to provide support in other areas when needed. Together, we work to ensure the guests’ holiday is a positive and memorable experience.Who are we looking for?
We would like you to have experience from a café, restaurant, or fast-food environment. Education within hospitality and restaurant is a plus, but the most important thing for us is your personality!We are looking for someone who spreads joy, both to guests and colleagues. You have a positive attitude, adapt quickly, and enjoy following a clear concept. In our team, it is essential to keep your spirits up even when the pace is high.To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Norwegian or English to follow instructions and interact with our guests.What do we offer?
