This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, or automation expertise to upskill in the growing BMS industry.The Role:As a BMS Service Engineer, you will be responsible for commissioning, repairing, and maintaining Building Automation & Management Systems for a variety of industrial, pharmaceutical, and commercial clients. You will also have the chance to identify energy-saving initiatives and contribute to high-profile projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, maintain, and repair Building Management Systems (primarily Cylon & Siemens).
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for a range of customers.
- Diagnose and respond to breakdowns and callout requests.
- Identify project and energy-saving opportunities and liaise with the Service Manager for pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Work independently and proactively, generating your own work when possible.
Requirements:
- Strong electrical, automation, mechanical, or controls knowledge.
- Electrical qualification (desirable).
- Experience with high and low voltage systems related to BMS.
- Good IT skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
