Location: Copenhagen (Onsite)Employment: Full timeStart date: ASAPWe are looking for a Brand Marketing, PR & Event Specialist — a bold storyteller who sees the story in everything and thrives on collaboration across our tech, strategy & applications teams. You know how to turn ideas into impactful PR & brand exposure.In this role, you will work closely with our agency, build and implement a PR plan for our key markets and take the lead on coordinating major global events — making sure every touchpoint tells a compelling story. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with commercial stakeholders.This is a high-exposure role with many cross-functional touchpoints. There is potential for a lot of growth in the role if you are the right fit, and the possibility to step into a more senior position as we scale. Sounds like you? Let’s talk!Responsibilities:1) Branding, PR & support, Thought Leadership

• Lead & support brand, PR, thought leadership & internal communication initiatives
• Expand press coverage in key markets by working closely with our PR agency, using clear messaging & defined topics to push across our channels including social media.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels — including digital platforms, events & internal touchpoints.
• Manage and activate scientific content such as articles, application notes & white papers.

2) Event Management

• Ownership of our events calendar & stakeholder coordination – internally & externally
• Event strategy & management (External exhibitions, Hosted (Atomhagen))
• Creating and maintaining merchandise & event material.

3) Support the team

• Jump in across projects when needed — we are a supportive, agile team where everyone wears multiple hats from time to time.
• Contribute to a team culture where collaboration, shared learning & help each towards success.

Must-Have:

• Academic background in Marketing, Communication or related field (e.g. Master´s in Communication)
• 3+ years of experience in tech, manufacturing or high-growth B2B environments
• Strong project management & coordination skills
• Proven ability to manage & execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring cross functional alignment & successful delivery
• Experience with PR & communication initiatives and Event management
• Hands on experience with end-to-end event planning & coordination across multiple stakeholders – internally & externally
• Comfortable using tools & platforms to support communication & execution
• Strong communication & presentation skills across various levels

Good-to-Have:

• Experience working with deep tech, science driven or complex B2B innovation driven brands
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Monday, WordPress, Miro
• Graphic skills will definitely come in handy! (We use Canva)
• Familiarity with scale-up environments
