This is usually achieved via the fully supported Level 3 apprenticeship route.The programme will give you the opportunity to develop and build your experience. We’ll provide a combination of formal and on the job learning, as well as professional development. There are opportunities within our business for people with the right skills, behaviours and attitude to build their career and achieve their aspirations.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the administration support function of the EPL broking team.

Total Objects duplication of renewals and setting up new business.Soliciting renewals.Preparation of indications, quotes and binders.Compiling correspondence files and underwriting information.Working up submissions for the broking teamObtaining loss runs and alerts from Underwriters, keeping up to date for upcoming renewalsData input for response services on SML bookData input for Helpline services on EPL bookSubmission log to underwriters every morningGeneral administrative support needed for the team, as and when neededLiaison with Back-up and Claims departments for policy and invoice productionKnowledge/Skills/QualificationsGCSEs in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above (or equivalent).Commitment to studying and achieving the Cert CII (usually via the Level 3 apprenticeship route) within an 18–24-month period.Strong communication skills (including written and verbal) with both internal and external customers.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.Ability to work collaboratively with others — strong interpersonal skills.Understanding and affinity for relationship building.Good administrative and time management skills.Good organisational skills.
