If you thrive in an environment where integrity and ethical business practices are key, this could be the role for you.As our new Compliance Manager your job is to help shape a strong culture of integrity and ethical business practices . In this role, you will support the development and implementation of a robust compliance program across our global operations , ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.Main responsibilities

• Advise and support management and business units on compliance matters , aligning with our Code of Conduct and business strategy.
• Keep track of regulatory changes , assess their impact , and recommend necessary updates to the compliance program.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Deliver compliance training and maintain training records.
• Manage and follow up on compliance incidents, whistleblower reports , and data privacy concerns.
• Conduct integrity due diligence on business partners to ensure ethical business relationships.
• Monitor compliance program implementation and support audits and investigations.
• Coordinate and prepare topics for the Global Compliance Committee.

Desired qualifications

• Relevant education in Law, HR, Finance or similar fields.
• At least four years of experience in compliance , preferably within an international business setting.
• Understands compliance management , particularly in areas such as competition compliance, sanctions and export control, data privacy , and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
