These are full-time permanent positions in a region known for its fjords, mountains and strong public healthcare services.Whether your experience is in nursing homes, home care or general practice, we will match you with a position that suits your skills and interests. All positions offer a supportive and professionally driven environment with dedicated colleagues and a strong focus on quality care.Your main responsibilities includes:
- Providing care in nursing homes, assisted living facilities or home nursing services
- Administering medication and monitoring patient health
- Communicating and coordinating with family members and healthcare teams
- Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and therapists
- Contributing to documentation, quality improvement and development of services
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a valid license as a nurse from an EU/EEA country
- Is motivated to obtain Norwegian authorisation (we assist with the process)
- Speak fluent English and are highly motivated to learn Norwegian
- Are willing to complete our free Norwegian language course
- Works independently and in a structured way
- Enjoys teamwork and has genuine compassion for patients
- Is flexible and able to adapt to different work situations
- Holds a driver’s license (preferred)
