📌 We are hiring a Building Architect (M/F) for a renowned Swiss organization based in Geneva. 🛠️The Architect will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, using tools like Archicad and Revit to create detailed models and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technical aspects of architecture, along with the ability to manage multidisciplinary projects efficiently and effectively.Tasks🎯Project Management:

• Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Conduct site visits, attend meetings, and present progress updates to stakeholders.

BIM Modeling & 3D Design:

• Develop and maintain high-quality 3D models using Revit and Archicad for all stages of architectural projects.
• Ensure effective integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies across various project phases.
• Utilize BIM tools to analyze designs, optimize space usage, and improve project workflows.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and documentation that align with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Design Development & Technical Expertise:

• Provide input into design solutions, ensuring that architectural concepts align with the functionality, safety, and sustainability standards of our Client.
• Collaborate with engineers and other specialists to refine technical aspects of the design and resolve any challenges.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, interpreting their needs and providing design solutions that meet their expectations.
• Present architectural designs and concepts, both verbally and visually, to clients and internal teams.

Quality Assurance & Documentation:

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and detailed architectural documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that all architectural designs and models meet our Client’s high standards.

Requirements💼Education:

• Professional diploma or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

Experience:

• At least 2 years (for Junior) and 6 years (for Senior) of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on project management and BIM.
• Proven experience with 3D modeling, and proficiency in Archicad and Revit is essential.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale architectural projects, preferably in complex environments.

Technical Skills:

• Trained in BIM software (Revit, Archicad, etc.), 3D modeling, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across disciplines.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certifications in Project Management a plus (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
• Familiarity with additional design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, SketchUp, BIM Database etc.).
