The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting a wide range of property surveys, valuations, and inspections.Whether you’re early in your career or bring years of experience, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with room for growth and development. You will be involved in both residential and commercial properties, helping clients make informed decisions regarding their assets.Responsibilities

• Travelling to sites to conduct building/property surveys, including valuations, building inspections, and condition reports for residential and commercial properties.
• Advise clients on property-related matters, including acquisition, management, and legal compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports on survey findings, valuations, and other property assessments.
• Liaise with clients, property owners, and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive property advice.
• Conduct market research to provide accurate and up-to-date valuations.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Some experience as a Property/Building Surveyor, ideally in residential and commercial sectors
• A relevant degree in building surveying, property management, or any construction-related field
• Chartered status is not required but is a plus
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
• Effective communication and client management skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Full driving license and a car
