You will join BESTSELLER TECH Buying – a dedicated and curious SCRUM team consisting of developers, analysts, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master. Together, we take full ownership of the digital solutions supporting our designers and buyers across all BESTSELLER brands. As a Business Analyst in TECH Buying, you will act as the link between our tech team and the business. Your job is to understand complex processes, challenge existing ways of working, and translate business needs into digital solutions. . Finally, as we own the products we build, you – together with the rest of the team – are responsible for the successful implementation of the solutions.
More specifically, your tasks include:
- Bridging the business and its needs with TECH buying team
- Managing internal stakeholder expectations, evaluating risk, generating alternative routes, and balancing priorities and service levels
- Staying up to date on current business initiatives, technology trends and best practices within the product development field
- Ensuring clear communication regarding definition of problem statement, business case and scope
- Leading enhancements and minor projects.

YOUR PROFILE
You are a self-driven, analytical thinker with excellent communication skills. You thrive on working with both people and processes and have a strong desire to make an impact through tech. You can translate complexity into clarity and are comfortable navigating a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Being part of a small, agile team, it comes natural to you to share your knowledge and to inspire and support your colleagues. You contribute constructively to team discussions, and you enjoy finding creative solutions to complex problems together.
We imagine that you bring:
- A relevant academic degree (e.g. within supply chain, engineering, IT or business)
- Experience working with complex challenges in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytic skills and a solid understanding of business processes
- Great stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English – any Danish skills are considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
