We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst who can lead the requirements engineering process and contribute to solution design and implementation, ensuring that our clients achieve optimal results.Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Engineering: Manage the full requirements engineering life cycle, including gathering, documenting, analyzing, and verifying requirements, along with handling change management.
  • Solution Definition: Define both functional and non-functional requirements, creating use cases and user stories to support clear solution requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design solutions using BX flows, UML diagrams, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Change and Impact Analysis: Conduct impact and gap analysis to identify and manage potential changes in requirements or solutions.
  • Systems Integration: Develop and specify integrations such as APIs or file-based solutions to ensure seamless system connectivity.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define and execute UAT test scenarios and cases, validating that solutions align with client expectations.
  • Collaboration: Engage with various teams, stakeholders, and client representatives to communicate requirements, finalize solutions, and oversee smooth handover to implementation teams.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, especially in requirements engineering and solution design.
  • Familiarity with tools and methodologies like BX flows, UML, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of system integration specifications (e.g., API, file-based integrations).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work with senior professionals and C-level stakeholders.
