An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join a team delivering innovative software solutions within the defence sector. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document system requirements, ensuring that project goals are met effectively.Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise objectives and advise on the importance of features.
• Provide training and support through webinars, face-to-face sessions, and updating help materials.
• Translate customer objectives into clear technical requirements, working closely with engineering teams.
• Guide clients through change implementation and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support the development of new products that address client needs.

This role requires working on-site five days a week due to the nature of the projects.Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle, from scoping to closure.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in Agile environments using methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Ability to obtain high-level security clearance (British citizenship and UK residency for the past five years required).
